Trust & Licensing
Is RollHub legit? Check for yourself.
Every casino says it is trustworthy. The useful question is what you can actually verify without taking our word for it. This page gives you our licence and company details in full, shows you how to prove any individual game result was fixed before you played, and tells you how to recognise the fake sites using our name.

RollHub is an international operator and is not licensed in every country. Gambling laws differ and change — knowing the rules that apply where you live is your responsibility. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
Verify a result yourself — in four steps
Licences are a promise made by a regulator. Provably fair games are a proof you can perform. Every in-house original — Mines, Plinko, Crash, Dice, Limbo, Keno and the rest — works like this:
- 1
Set your own client seed
Open any in-house original, go to the fairness or provably fair panel, and set a client seed of your choosing. The result depends on it, so we cannot know the outcome in advance without knowing your seed.
- 2
Note the hashed server seed
The game shows you a hash of the server seed before you play. A hash is a one-way fingerprint: it commits us to a value we can no longer change, without revealing it to you.
- 3
Play the round
The outcome is derived from the server seed, your client seed and the round number — nothing else. No live decision is taken about whether you win.
- 4
Reveal and recompute
After the round, the server seed is revealed. Hash it and compare against the fingerprint you were shown; then recompute the outcome yourself. If both match, the result was fixed before you played. Any mismatch would be provable, publicly, by you.
Third-party games — slots, live dealer, game shows — cannot be verified this way, because the studio and not RollHub generates the result. Those come from licensed studios whose random number generators are independently tested. Where you want certainty rather than assurance, play the originals: their house edge is published on our RTP page and starts at 1%.
Your money and your identity
RollHub is a crypto casino. Deposits and withdrawals move between your wallet and your account — we never hold fiat on your behalf and never ask for card or bank details. Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes and then take normal blockchain confirmation time.
You do not need to verify your identity to start playing. Verification is requested where our licence conditions and anti-money-laundering obligations require it — large withdrawals, or where a check flags a risk. It runs through Veriff, an independent identity provider, so your documents are handled by a specialist rather than sitting in a casino's inbox.
We will never ask for your password, your wallet seed phrase or your private keys. Nobody at RollHub needs them, and anyone asking for them is not us.
Sites pretending to be us
There is a domain one letter away from ours — rollhubs.com, with an s — that has nothing to do with RollHub and has been the subject of published scam warnings. Several "RollHub review" domains are not ours either. Because the names are so close, warnings about them regularly appear in search results for our name.
Our only playing domain is rollhub.com. Everything official we run is listed on one page:

Every game here has a house edge, which means the longer you play the more likely you are to be down. That is arithmetic, not pessimism, and any operator telling you otherwise is lying to you. Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and self-exclusion are available on the responsible gambling page and take effect immediately. Self-exclusion cannot be lifted early by asking support — that is the point of it.
Frequently asked questions
- Is RollHub legit?
- RollHub is operated by Satya Code SRL (registration number 3102813297) under gaming licence ALSI-032401017-FI3, issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Beyond the paperwork, the checkable part matters more: our in-house games are provably fair, so you can verify any individual result yourself after the round, and the house edge is printed on every game rather than hidden.
- Is rollhubs.com the same site as RollHub?
- No. rollhubs.com — with an s — has no connection to us and has been the subject of third-party scam reports. Our only playing domain is rollhub.com. If you have entered details anywhere else, change your password and contact support@rollhub.com.
- How do I know the games are not rigged?
- For our in-house originals you do not have to take our word for it. Before each round the game commits to a hashed server seed, which is combined with a client seed you control. After the round the server seed is revealed, and you can recompute the result and confirm it was fixed before you played. Third-party games come from licensed studios whose random number generators are independently tested.
- How fast are withdrawals, and is there a limit?
- Withdrawals are sent to a wallet you control and are typically processed within minutes, then subject to normal blockchain confirmation times. Large withdrawals or accounts flagged by our anti-money-laundering checks may require identity verification first, which is standard for any licensed operator.
- Do I have to complete KYC?
- Not to start playing. Identity verification is requested when required by our licence conditions and anti-money-laundering obligations — for example on large withdrawals or where a check flags a risk. Verification runs through Veriff, an independent identity provider.
- What if I have a dispute?
- Contact support@rollhub.com first — most issues are resolved directly. If you are not satisfied, our licence conditions provide for escalation to the regulator, and you can publish your experience on Trustpilot, which we cannot edit or remove.
- Can I limit or stop my own gambling?
- Yes. Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and self-exclusion are available on the responsible gambling page and take effect immediately. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early by contacting support — that is deliberate.
